MONTHLY SERVICE

The monthly service program is designed to give businesses and homeowners the protection they want and need on a regular monthly basis.

Visits are scheduled for service during regular business hours at either a pre-arranged time and date, if needed, or any time or day during regular business hours.

Service consists of treating the inside the building or home and around the outside foundation.

Mouse bait, cockroach bait and ant bait will be installed when applicable and checked monthly and replaced as required.

Integrated Pest Management (IPM) will be used as much as possible.

IPM involves the limited use of traditional pesticides and relies more on baiting, inspection, monitoring, exclusion, and sanitation.

Additional service required between visits is included in the price as long as it is a covered service and during regular business hours. 

 Services include: Mice, Rats ,Ants, Carpenter Ants, Yellow Jackets and Hornets, Cockroaches Etc.
